Before you move in:

Referencing Application – Tenants - £150 (incl VAT) Single / £220 (incl VAT) Joint

Referencing includes: identity, immigration and visa confirmation, financial credit checks, money laundering checks, obtaining references from current or previous employers / landlords and any other relevant information to assess affordability), contract negotiation.

Guarantor Application - £60 (incl VAT) Each

Guarantor application is only required should the outcome from the tenant reference application requires one.

Covering credit referencing and preparing a Deed of Guarantee as part of the Tenancy Agreement.

Deposit on Application - Equal to one month’s rental

Prior to Start of Tenancy:

Deposit - Top up of £100

All security deposits will be placed in a Government Approved Scheme. Pure Lettings are members of The Deposit Protection Scheme.
