The Reference Fees are £150.00 (including VAT) for a Single Application or £220.00 (including VAT) for a Joint Application.
This is an inclusive fee - No extra arrangement fees for the Tenancy Administration/ Check in/Check out fees at any time.
Deposit: usually equivalent to 1 month's rent. We will require the Deposit with the Reference Fees. If your application is not successful the deposit will be refunded back to you in full.
If a guarantor is required, the fees are £60.00 (including Vat) per person.
We are unable to withdraw a property from the market until we are in receipt of a completed application form, cleared Reference Fees and property deposit.
Should you withdraw from the application once your references prove to be satisfactory our agency fees and deposit are non-refundable. The Reference Fees and Deposit are only refundable if your Landlord decides to terminate the application.
