If a guarantor is required, the fees are £60.00 (including Vat) per person.
We are unable to withdraw a property from the market until we are in receipt of a completed application form, cleared Reference Fees and property deposit.
Should you withdraw from the application once your references prove to be satisfactory our agency fees and deposit are non-refundable. The Reference Fees and Deposit are only refundable if your Landlord decides to terminate the application.
